Offer and acceptance
A product listing is an invitation to order. Submitting checkout makes an order offer. The contract is formed when OZBE assigns an order number and confirms it.
Products and prices
Name, size, colour, and price follow the product page and cart when the order is submitted. Prices are in UZS. Delivery may be calculated and confirmed separately.
Order fulfilment
OZBE checks stock and coordinates delivery or pickup. If stock is unavailable, an obvious pricing error exists, or fulfilment is impossible, the customer is notified and any payment received is refunded.
Payment, returns, and disputes
Payment methods are described on the Payment page and returns on the Returns page; both form part of this offer. Disputes should first be addressed through discussion and written claim, then under applicable law.
